Tzu Chi as advocacy partner: Cleaner, greener Earth Day Run 2025
Much has changed since Tzu Chi became the advocacy partner of Runrio’s Galaxy Earth Day Run two years ago. The annual road race that promotes environmental awareness adopted collapsible reusable hydration cups, an innovation that kept streets clear of discarded single-use plastic and paper cups. Despite the participation of thousands of runners in the 5K, 10K, and 21k categories, the event yielded less trash overall. With mindful actions, we can work together to preserve planet Earth.
